How to Use Proposal Length in FedScout

Find and Track Your RFPs

If you are on a Growth Plan or higher, FedScout estimates the length of the proposal so that you can decide whether you have time to write a response. FedScout also lets you search for RFPs based on the estimated proposal length so that you can find RFPs that you have time to respond to.

To estimate the proposal length, FedScout reads the documents associated with each RFP and extracts key sentences and phrases that speak to the length.

In the calculator, we show our best estimate and the sentences that we found so that you can assess the proposal length for yourself.
